Zhang He is an enigma, as vain as he is he is also very intelligent. His motives for operating as he does varies wildly. Sometimes he has an agenda, like serving Wei, other times--well it's just blatant that he has his own 'interests' in mind. Despite some shenanigans, Zhang He still holds considerable power over his own court in Ye, and commands an iron fist when delegating to his inferiors. When dealing with others with an equal or higher rank, however, he is rather courteous. Zhang He is cunning during his conduct in every aspect of his life. His motive for operating under Wei is more of a mystery, but he is content with his lot in life for now.
Appearance:
Zhang He's most common description is an 'enigmatic dandy'. He is incredibly vain, and is most concerned with his appearance because of his personality. If even one hair is misplaced, he'll go through the effort to find a puddle and make sure his long hair is as flowy and seductive as he likes it. Perhaps a result of his vanity, Zhang He is a very attractive man. His skin is very soft, he often moves in a sensual fashion. This makes him very popular in court, amongst the wives of very powerful men, and even the gazes of old lonely political geysers.
Apparel/Armour:
Gauntlets, leather boots. He wears an iron vest-like apparatus that actually leaves most of his luscious soft skin open to attack. But damn it looks good.
Weapon(s):
Zhang He fights with two very large claw-gauntlets that could gut a man and maim an adult in a few slashes.
History:
Zhang He styled Junyi was a man from He Jian Mo. During the end of the Han, help was needed to quell the Yellow Turbans. Zhang He was a Major (I) in the employ of Han Fu. When Han Fu was defeated, the soldiers returned to Yuan Shao. Yuan Shao promoted Zhang He to the rank of Colonel (II) and ordered him to defend against Gongsun Zan. Defeating Gongsun Zan, Zhang He’s achievements were numerous. He was then transferred to become the General of the Gentleman of the Household in Ning Guo.
