"Lü Meng was courageous and witty, decisive and versed in military strategy. Deceiving Hao Pu and capturing Guan Yu - these were his best moments. Initially he was rash and killed recklessly, but eventually he managed to exercise self-restraint. He had the magnanimity of a great statesman and was not merely a military general! Sun Quan's comments, both positive and negative, were befitting, hence I included them in my records."

Name: Lü Meng (Ziming)
Age: 31
Gender: Male
Style: Canon
Residence: Chang Sha
Personality:
Lu Meng is not a man to be brash, reckless, and impulsive. In his youth he was like this, along with very violent, but not anymore. Years of experience had tempered his anger and increased his ability to control himself. He is not humble, nor does he boast. He accepts his skills for what they are. He isn't neccessarily a nice man, he's usually aloof and distant at first, but he's more reserved than anything. He doesn't like to show emotion or even feel emotion in battle. He keeps a level head and tends to meditate often, sometimes at seemingly inappropriate times, like say... In battle? Outside of battle he's very formal with everyone and quiet. However when angered, he can become quiet vocal. When it comes to ladies, he's very polite and formal, but some what of a sly dog.
Appearance:
Lu Meng is an average sized man, about five foot nine (175cm) and weighs about 142 pounds (64Kg). His eyes are a piercing brown color but full of passion, which is his most alluring feature. It is said the only way you can tell his emotion is by looking into his eyes. There is usually a very neat and trimmed goatee/stache/sideburn combo going on. He secretly thinks it makes the girls go crazy over him. He is very toned and his upper body has a decent amount of muscle. His long dark brown hair is mistaken for black at a distance. He has a few battle scars on his face and many more on his chest.
Apparel/Armour:
In battle: He is seen wearing a plate breastplate and a red plumed helmet. Other than that, he wears leather over his arms and legs with armored gauntlets and boots, and flowing decorative pants. Hey... A guy has to look sexy... even in battle. His hair is tied up in a pony tail to avoid getting in his face.
Outside of battle: He is seen wearing decorative tunics and pants. Fancy shoes and gloves. I mean... Outside of battles he has to look sexy too. His hair is usually seen down as well. There is also however leather underneath his fancy clothes to provide protection if anyone should assault him. His hair is down and flowing so he looks extra sexy.
Weapon(s):
White Tiger - A spear with a solid black shaft and a white plum of feathers jutting out where the shaft and the spearhead meet.
Composite Bow - A bow made out of animal bone and bamboo.
History:
Lü Meng was born in the Jin Province in 178. His family migrated south of the Yangtze River when Lü Meng was young, and he lived with his brother-in-law Deng Dang, who served under Sun Ce. When Lü Meng was 15 or 16, he would often follow Deng Dang in his expeditions against the Shanyue secretly against Deng's wishes.
When Deng Dang told Lü Meng's mother about this, she was furious, but Lü Meng said: "It is difficult to survive in poverty; if we can prove ourselves through hard work, then wealth would come eventually. How can we get the tiger's cub if we don't enter the tiger's den?" Lü Meng's mother was so touched at his words that she forgave him and did not punish him.
At the time, an official despised Lü Meng for his age, and often insulted him with words like: "What can he do? His behaviour would only feed himself to the tigers." Eventually, Lü Meng could not control his anger and he killed the official. Lü Meng then turned himself in to Yuan Xiong, who pleaded with Sun Ce to spare his life. Sun Ce granted Lü Meng an audience with him, and he was very impressed with Lü, so he acquitted Lü of his crimes and appointed him as a general. Now he wishes to prove himself to the Sun Family.
