Personality:
Unlike any other constables in Xuchang, Zhui Ying is rather wise-cracking, laid-back and humorously sarcastic young constable who often annoyed his fellow constables. Despite his eccentric manner, Zhui Ying is also perceptive, cunning and intelligent. He is also persistent to chase after criminals for bringing them to justice, Zhui Ying is a rather honorable man who uphold the law with fair and justice, he refused to receive bribery from any other individuals and insult them with his sarcastic comments.
Even though he is a rather skilled martial artist who possessed a great agility and stealth ability, Zhui Ying is a pacifist. For example, if he suddenly came across soldiers from other kingdoms... Zhui Ying will flee rather in comical way or attack them non-lethally.

Zhui Ying always dressed in his own constable uniform. It is consisted of sand colored robe with black garment and trousers. A red sash were surrounded his waist and leather bracers with light iron plates surrounded his arms. Like any other constables, Zhui Ying worn the constable headgear above his head.

A long iron staff which often accompanied Zhui Ying on his journey or any other investigations, he used it for non-lethally attacks and ensured that the criminals will be brought to court... alive.

History:
Zhui Ying was born in Changshan, his mother have deceased due to a serious illness and his father is the commander of local constables and he wanted to be like him; a lawful constable with sense of justice. Since his young age, Zhui Ying were learned martial arts from his father and at the age of 9, Zhui Ying's father retired and decided to move from Changshan to Xuchang. On the way, the father and son were ambushed by a group bandits. Zhui Ying's father were overwhelmed and killed by the bandits, then they turn their attention to the young boy with their weapons.
Before they could harm the boy, the bandits were attacked by a group of constables who were from Xuchang and they were killed by their commander Shen Shou. The Xuchang constables commander knew Zhui Ying's father and in order to honor his late friend, Shen Shou buried Zhui Ying's father and took the young boy under his wings.
As he grew up, Zhui Ying became one of the constables in Xuchang. Even though he was a rather perceptive and intelligent constable, Zhui Ying's sarcasm and laid-back personality often annoyed his fellow constables but they also trusted in him as well, for he also being a man who uphold the law within his heart.
